Last Saturday, 04th January 25, I had the pleasure of attending a book launch event which was supported by some of my fellow learners.
We are part of the Neuro-Semantics Indonesia community who dedicated to practicing and learning Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Through our reinvestment in education and development, ten of my friends—Meta-Coaches and NS Trainers—had the incredible opportunity to co-write and publish a book, enhancing their professional and personal value.
I also met some old friends from the Confident You class. It had been a while since our last meeting. Hearing and watching them progress in their business and careers was truly inspiring.
As a financial speaker and trainer, I conduct workshops on the Compounding Money Mindset, focusing on seven principles that can lead to financial independence. These principles are not only crucial for our financial lives, but also for our business and career growth. One of this seven principles is talking about “Reinvesting”.
Our journey of reinvesting time, effort, and resources into our growth, exemplifies the principle of compounding. By consistently reinvesting, we amplify our knowledge, skills, and influence, creating a ripple effect in our careers and financial lives.
I am incredibly proud of everyone who attended the event yesterday—the writers, the families, the friends, and the organizers. It was heartening to see everyone come together to support our friends who collaborated to write and publish the inspiring book, “Pagar.”
It’s encouraging when I see the gradual results of compounding mindset – Reinvesting – applied in each one of them.

“Compounding isn’t just a numbers game; it’s a mental game. It’s about continually investing in our inner strategies to achieve exponential results”
