Working Hard but Feeling Lost? A New Perspective for Executives and Entrepreneurs

mindTweak #11 | 04 June 2025

Have you ever felt like you’ve done everything right?

Have you ever felt like you’ve done everything right? You’ve worked hard, supported your family, deprioritized your own happiness—maybe even sacrificed your dreams and health…

And yet, in the end, you feel unappreciated—or worse, lost.

Maybe, from the beginning, you only wanted the best. You chased money, status, or success, hoping they’d bring financial stability and happiness to your loved ones—and maybe to you, too.

From the outside, your life may seem steady. But on the inside, there’s this quiet emptiness you can’t quite name.

If you feel this way, you’re not alone.
In fact, I’ve been there too.

There was a period in my life when I thought I was doing what I was supposed to do. I worked hard, hit the goals, kept pushing forward—because that’s what strong, responsible people do, right?  But behind all the achievements, I was exhausted.

I felt like I was holding everything together for everyone else, while slowly losing myself in the process. And the truth is, I didn’t even realize how disconnected I had become—until one day, everything just felt… hollow.

It’s from this awareness that Paxcis Identity was born.

Paxcis Identity is not a product.
It’s not a shortcut or a shiny life hack.
It’s a quiet revolution that started within me—and now, I offer it to others walking a similar path.

The name Paxcis Identity was inspired by Latin roots: pax pacis (peace), lux lucis (light), and the deep belief that “to know yourself is enlightenment.”

Identity matters—a lot.
There’s so much more to explore about how who we truly are shapes everything in our lives.  I’ll dive deeper into this in my next post.

For now, just hold onto that thought. I’ve learned—through a lot of trial and error—that the key isn’t in chasing more. Because when we chase from a place of lack, we carry anxiety, fear, and the sense that we are never enough. Chasing isn’t always wrong. But when it’s fueled by scarcity, it disconnects us from who we truly are.

I often think, “Once I achieve this, I’ll finally feel safe, proud, or whole.” But during that season of striving, one word kept coming up inside me—enough.

What does enough really mean to me?
Is it a number? A title? A lifestyle?

When do I know I have enough—and when I do, should I stop striving, or keep going?

That question kept coming back. Because I realized… I didn’t actually know the answer.

I had been running so fast, for so long, that I never paused to define what enough looked like for me personally—not what the world told me, not what my peers had, but me.

It took a long, bumpy road.
But one day, in a quiet moment of meditation, I suddenly realized:

Life doesn’t work that way.

When I made safety and self-worth the destination, I lost my way.
And honestly—that’s exactly how I felt back then.

I’ve had to learn, unlearn, and relearn that these things aren’t goals to chase.  They’re meant to be the effect—the byproduct—of living in alignment with who I really am.

They are foundations that must be built first—from within.

Because without that inner sense of enough, no achievement will ever feel satisfying. And without peace inside, success outside can still feel like emptiness.

That’s the soul of Paxcis Identity

It’s built on this idea:
We must tend to our inner game before expecting the outer world to fall into place.

When we feel adequate, present, and whole within ourselves, the journey shifts.
We still pursue excellence—not to impress, but to express our purpose.
We still grow—not out of lack, but from a place of peace and enough.
We still strive—but not by chasing others’ paths.
We still build wealth—but not at the cost of our health, soul, or identity.

That’s what Paxcis is—a safe space to reframe your relationship with money, success, and self-worth.

A place where we align our energy with our purpose, and rediscover how to live whole—financially, emotionally, and spiritually.

Because well-being isn’t a luxury. It’s the foundation.
And no—we don’t have to trade one for the other.

So if you’re feeling lost, tired, or like you’ve been chasing without resting—
maybe it’s time to pause.
You don’t need to be more to begin.
You just need to remember who you already are.

Paxcis is a place to start that remembering.
If these words resonate, you’re warmly invited to take your first step—back to yourself.
