Our Reputation shall transcend any measurable metric
Iam very grateful that I bumped into Pa GST weeks ago. He is my “mentor” and role model.
I worked for his organization for a total of 8 years. During my time there, I am modeling him in terms of how he lives his reputation and how he quietly increases the worth of his firm.
He once said that his reputation transcends any measurable metric. It is my aha moment, and, since I learned to live that value until today.
My reputation can’t be measured. It transcends any measurable metric

To be honest, Iam used to feeling like I am failing more often than I am succeeding on my life journey. Despite the setbacks, I truly learn how to bounce back, keep moving forward and feeling purposeful.
And my pillars of strength at that time are that value and my knowledge of NLP-NS*.
I learned that …
failing doesn’t mean I’m a failure; it just means I need to improve my knowledge, skills, and attitude for my next project.
being successful with ego and at all costs is meaningless.
I might fail with a project but not with my values and reputation.
I am grateful that I found my mentors, and I believe that their principles and experiences contributed to my progress in both work and life. I hope you’ve discovered yours, too.
I learned that I might fail with a project but not with my values and reputation.

See you again next time, Pa GST
