In June 2020, I have the opportunity to speak about Organizational behaviour after Covid-19. This is a series of talks which I presented for the public and clients.

Organizational Behaviour is the study of people at work and how this behaviour greatly impacts the organizational functions of a company. It helps the business owner or top management to understand how businesses are responding to the current Covid 19 situation and what behaviour people and organizations are showing during the period of a work-from-home stage or at the early stage of business re-opening.

For a company to survive and to make a dramatic turnaround, it is, therefore, crucial to adopt the ‘right’ kind of behaviour at all levels. This session is intended for the management team, leaders, and business owners.
