As a marketer, I thought I had enough skills and experience to understand people’s characters, their insights, the way they interact, think, and respond based on those characters, experiences, and environment. But after attending two zoom sessions called ThinkMap by paxcis.com, I have learned a new way to identify people’s thinking patterns and how it can improve relationships. In essence, ThinkMap taught me to look at each person with a 360-degree view of their character, personality, nature, and values in order to understand them better; and then, which is most important, how to leverage it. The method/ technique is simple and easy to remember, applicable to our lives and work.
You can use this method in a lot of circumstances, such as … handling ‘difficult people’, managing relationships with working partners, building an effective & solid team, improving communication in a family, and many more.
I guess having the knowledge and skills in thinking patterns is really essential for everyone. It is indeed a huge challenge to work or to live with someone with whom we struggle to connect with. But once we understand the reason why the person does what he does, it will be easier for us to manage our own feelings. And this is what I’ve learned in Hany’s methodology in her class. To me, understanding people through their behaviour and way of thinking is crucial for longer-lasting & meaningful relationships.
ps. I strongly recommend this class to everyone, including confident marketers. 😁😁
